Individual Therapy
My Approach
My work is psychodynamic and trauma-informed, which means we can explore both what is happening now and the earlier experiences, relationships and patterns that may be shaping how you feel and respond in the present.
I also draw on Internal Family Systems, which can be helpful when different parts of you seem to want different things — for example, when one part wants change while another feels frightened, protective or unable to move forward.
The aim is not simply to manage symptoms, but to understand what sits beneath them and create more choice in how you relate to yourself and others. The work is collaborative and shaped around you. Some people come for focused support with a particular difficulty, while others want to understand themselves more deeply over a longer period of time.

Get in Touch
People often come to therapy when something feels difficult to shift on their own. You may be dealing with a loss, relationship difficulty, or major life change, or finding yourself feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low, or disconnected. Sometimes there is no single crisis, but a growing sense that certain patterns keep repeating, that relationships are becoming difficult, or that the way you have learned to cope is no longer working as well as it once did.
My aim is to help you understand what may be shaping how you feel, relate, and respond, and to support meaningful change over time.
